MODERN VIDEO CRAFTS ANIMATED WEB 'SPOT'

Philadelphia , PA -- Modern Video Productions delivered on a quick assignment Internet ad promoting voter awareness of California's new Proposition 79 (for nationally-recognized political consulting firm, Trippi and Associates ).

Modern Video's Senior Graphics Director, Robert Harmon, executed and refined the 2-D animated concept in After Effects.

The animation was later embedded as QuickTime animation with an MP3 audio file, mixed and formatted at sister company Modern Audio, for final Flash scripting.

"Modern's reputation for producing accurate, timely political messages is legendary - no matter what medium -- Radio or TV... and now, the Internet," consultant Joe Trippi said.

He added, "Rob Harmon is a multi-talented Web animator at Modern Video. He has strong disciplines in software applications as it affects overall design and delivery."

MODERN CRAFTS FEATURE FILM WORK FOR "ROCK SCHOOL"

Rock School 2005We're very pleased and honored to be Philadelphia's first post house to truly contribute artistic post-production efforts on a major studio feature film.

"Rock School" was helmed by Director/ DP Don Argott. The film was produced by Sheena Joyce via their production company, 9.14 Pictures, in Philadelphia.

"The main thing is that this project started off two years ago as a small independent documentary," Argott said,"and the videotape color correction to a 35mm Digital Intermediary output-especially from footage shot on Mini DV -- saved us. The look of the film, well...look like it was shot on film!"

Argott stresses Modern's work took the film to "another level" as many scenes were shot without any production lighting.

"As for the audio Mix-to-Picture at Modern Audio -- They cleaned up all the sync dialogue and evened out all the levels throughout the film to essentially do the overall mix of "Rock School" that rocks."

LET IT ROLL

Modern Audio just scored new music for Ballys and Caesars casinos -- the two uniquely different Radio tracks for these popular Atlantic City venues hit the air Memorial Day. Ballys jingle is an upbeat, feel-good tune and Caesars is a rugged, acoustic rock anthem. Special offers throughout the summer will be highlighted in each musical ad.
